What it does
No API required
Most CRMs either have no usable API or gate it behind a tier you do not have. The harness does not need one, because it works the way a person does.

Nothing is replaced and nothing is migrated. The harness reads and writes inside the system your team already trusts, so the data stays where it has always been.

- Do I have to replace my CRM?
- No. Replacing a CRM is the most expensive thing a business can do to itself. The harness exists so you do not have to.
