An app that snapshots your Instagram follower list over time, diffs the snapshots to detect unfollows and new follows, and alerts you immediately when someone drops. Today there is no built-in way to know who unfollowed you or when. The design generalizes to any following list, TikTok, X, YouTube, but starts with Instagram. Core loop: connect account → periodic snapshot → diff → instant alert with who left.
