When a candidate listing surfaces, the owner is alerted immediately with the evidence. The core value is turning a passive, hopeless situation (police reports rarely lead to recovery) into an active, automated internet-wide watch. Cross-references VINPIC (see vinpic-vin-social.md), both are VIN-keyed car databases and could share a vehicle-identity layer.
