Shops earn stars through a verified, audit-driven process rather than open opinion reviews (the anti-Yelp). The product has two halves: a consumer-facing searchable directory of certified shops, and the certification machinery (standards + auditors) that makes the stars mean something. It complements AfterParts.com in the same auto-aftermarket trust ecosystem.
