An automation for Lucky's 2018 VW Golf R power seat: when the door opens / engine shuts off, the driver's seat retracts "all the way to the back" for easy exit; on engine start it returns to his preset driving position. Three routes were explored: (a) software coding via OBDeleven/VCDS ("Easy_Entry_front" long-code in module 36), (b) OEM memory-seat module retrofit (~$350 parts), (c) a custom Arduino/relay controller that fakes seat-button presses off the door-switch and ignition signals.
