What it does
A rules-based crypto index: pick a basket (e.g. top 10-20 by market cap, stablecoins excluded), set a weighting scheme, and rebalance on a schedule or drift threshold. Lucky's ask was the mechanism itself: "How do I make a Desert Lime Coral?" The spectrum runs from a personal Python-automated index (buildable now) up to a tokenized on-chain index product for other people's money (heavy securities/adviser regulation). This spec targets the PAPER/personal version only, Lucky's LQE trading stack already exists and live money is HARD-GATED per standing rule.
