The problem this addresses

Pediatric behavioral health demand has outrun one-to-one capacity. Waitlists run months. Schools carry the daily reality of dysregulation: classroom exits, hallway incidents, and referrals that lead to the same waitlists.

The program model

• A structured group protocol: breathwork, martial arts movement sequences, and emotional literacy practice, delivered the same way every session.
• Delivered by TRUETH instructors at your site or ours, operating under your licensed clinical supervision where applicable.
• Pre and post outcome measurement using validated instruments, agreed with your team before a cohort starts.
• A defined pilot scope, so your institution is not signing up for an open-ended commitment.

How to refer or start a pilot

Email or call us and we will send the pilot outline and the measurement plan. We will not tell you a billing code is reimbursable in your setting; that determination belongs to your institution, your supervising clinician, and your payers, and we support it with documentation rather than claims.

What we do not claim

We have thirty years of applied practice and a defined methodology, not published clinical trial results. We publish what our measurement shows, including results that are flat or negative.
